PARK RULES & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

All bookings are accepted subject to the following conditions:
Adults Only
The park is exclusively for Adults over 18 years of age. No-one under this age is allowed on the park
Booking Terms
A £30.00 non-refundable deposit (£60.00 for Bank Holidays) is required for both telephone and postal bookings. Balance payable on arrival.
Single night bookings and weekend bookings in August If taken, must be paid in full at time of booking. (“Weekend only” bookings for August will
not be taken more than 14 days in advance).
Minimum 4 nts booking for Easter (Thurs-Sun inc) and minimum 3 nts (Fri-Sun inc)booking for other Bank Holidays.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are strictly non-refundable, however, providing 28 days notice is given in writing by post or email, your deposit may be transferred to a
new booking within 6 months of original booking. NB. The deposit cannot be transferred to another party.
Arrival Times
Pitches are reserved from 1.00pm on day of arrival until 12.00 noon on day of departure. Please DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 1.00 PM unless by
prior arrangement. Very latest arrival is 8.00pm - please advise Reception if you have been delayed. We do not have a late arrivals area.
Departures
Normal departure time is 12 noon ,however, if pitches are not needed for incoming arrivals it may be possible for you to extend your stay. There
may be a small charge. Please check at the office.
Dogs
Quiet, well behaved, non- aggressive dogs are accepted strictly on the following conditions ;
No fouling on the park Please clean up any “accidents” and put all dog waste in the bins provided. There is a dog walk provided and there is
further walking in woodland opposite the park. Dogs are not allowed on the green in front of the toilet block or on the veranda around the toilet
block All dogs must be on a SHORT lead around the park - NO EXTENDED LEADS allowed. Please be aware that we have cats, chickens and
horses living here. Any unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated. Dogs must not be left unattended in caravans etc or cause a nuisance to
other guests.
Day Visitors
Please inform reception if you are expecting visitors. (Maximum 2 per pitch only.) All visitors must be over 18yrs and must park in the visitors car
park. Visitors must vacate the park by 9.30pm.
Smoking Policy
NO SMOKING allowed on the veranda around toilet block or in any of our buildings. Anyone contravening this rule will be asked to leave the park
immediately and no refund will be given.
Awnings
Must be erected on hard standing area of pitch (except motor home pitches if allowed).
NO HEATERS, televisions or radio’s allowed in awnings.
General
No commercial or lettered vehicles allowed unless by prior arrangement.
Washing of cars and caravans is not allowed (except seasonal pitch caravans which may be cleaned but strictly no hosepipes permitted)
No washing lines / rotary airers allowed. Hook-on window airers only please. There is a tumble drier available in the laundry.
BBQ,s are allowed provided that they are not placed on the grass.
The management reserve the right to refuse admission to the park or to terminate the visit of any persons whose conduct is not acceptable.
No refund will be given. The park owners cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or accident to any person or property however caused.
